Shipping Policy

Once an order is received, we will deliver the products to the address specified in the order form. We strive to dispatch the products as soon as possible and use UPS, DPD or another carrier for delivery.

In Central Switzerland, including Luzern, Zurich, and Basel, we provide free delivery. Alternatively, customers can opt to collect their coffee from Grüezi Cafe by selecting 'pick-up' at checkout  

to pick up your coffee order directly. To choose this option, simply select 'pick-up' during checkout and we will notify you when your order is ready.

If you are purchasing coffee for your company and require an invoice, you can easily provide your company name and VAT number at checkout. Your invoice will then be automatically sent to you with the confirmation of your order.
