Co Branded activations: ideally 4–6 weeks lead time. Fully Branded: minimum 6–8 weeks to allow for production. Smaller events can sometimes be accommodated faster — reach out and we'll see what's possible.

A single cart with two baristas serves around 80–120 guests per hour comfortably. For larger events, we scale with multiple carts or extended team — discussed in the briefing phase.

Yes — we've activated in St. Moritz, Andermatt, and across Europe. Travel and logistics are quoted separately based on location, duration, and crew size.

Absolutely. Coffee and matcha are our craft, but we regularly extend menus with seasonal cocktails (e.g. our signature Espresso Martini), specialty hot chocolate, or non-alcoholic beverage pairings to suit your event.

Every activation is quoted custom — driven by guest count, duration, branding scope, and location. Co Branded events typically start in the mid four-figure range; Fully Branded scales from there. We share a transparent, line-itemed proposal after the briefing call.
