We dispatch all orders as quickly as possible using reliable carriers including UPS, DPD, and other trusted delivery services.

Delivery Options:

Free Delivery – Available throughout Central Switzerland, including Luzern, Zurich, and Basel.

Store Pickup – Prefer to collect your coffee in person? Select 'pick-up' at checkout and we'll notify you as soon as your order is ready for collection at Grüezi Cafe.

Business Orders:

If you're ordering for your company and need an invoice, simply enter your company name and VAT number at checkout. Your invoice will be sent automatically with your order confirmation.

Return Policy

We take great care in roasting and packaging our coffee to ensure the highest quality. Due to the nature of our fresh coffee products, all sales are final.
