Shipping charges are calculated separately during checkout.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel orders affected by obvious pricing mistakes.

An order is only considered accepted once you receive an order confirmation from GRÜEZI.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to:

• Suspected fraud
• Incorrect pricing or product information

If payment has already been processed for a cancelled order, the full amount will be refunded.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

GRÜEZI is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs procedures, weather, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery.

8. Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our food and beverage products, all sales are final.

GRÜEZI is not responsible for product deterioration resulting from improper storage or handling after delivery.
