Specialty coffee,
roasted with intent.

Single-origin beans, sourced directly from farmers we know by name. Roasted in small batches in Switzerland — for depth, clarity, and a cup that grounds you.

From farm to cup —
nothing in between we don't trust.

We work with smallholder producers across Latin America, East Africa, and Asia — visiting each origin in person, paying premiums above Fair Trade, and roasting only what we'd serve to friends. Every bag carries a story. Every sip carries a place.

Our roaster, based just outside Zürich, treats coffee like a single-malt: small batches, traceable lots, profile-roasted to bring out what each terroir gives.

Grüezi specialty coffee preparation

Every bag, a signature.

From bright and floral to dark and chocolatey — pick the cup that suits your morning. Or, if you're not sure, start with the one we drink most.

Three ways
to brew it right.

Coffee asks for attention, not complication. Here are the three methods we drink most — and the ratios that make them work.

01

Espresso

Pulled fast, served small. The base of every drink we serve at the bar — and the truest test of a roast.

02

V60 Filter

Slow, deliberate, clean. A ritual that rewards attention with a cup that's bright, layered, and crystalline.

03

French Press

The forgiving method. Bigger body, more sweetness, no equipment beyond the press itself. Perfect for slow weekends.
