Create a free account at checkout or via the link in our newsletter — that's it. Points start accumulating from your first order. There's no fee, no commitment, no fine print to read twice.
Points expire 24 months after they're earned, on a rolling basis. As long as you order or engage at least once every two years, your balance stays alive.
Tiers are based on points earned in the last 12 rolling months. The threshold resets on each anniversary of your sign-up — Ceremonial members who don't hit 500 in the new year are gently moved back to Cortado for that period.
Only one promotion per order — point redemptions count as a promotion. If you'd rather use a discount code, your points stay safe in your account for next time.
Yes — buying a gift card earns points for the giver. When the recipient redeems it, they earn points on the resulting order too. The ritual moves both ways.
In your GRÜEZI account dashboard — balance, tier, recent earnings, and available rewards are all there. We also send a monthly summary by email.
Yes. Points are earned and redeemed in CHF wherever we ship — Switzerland, the EU, and the US. Experience rewards may require travel, which we'll note clearly at redemption.
