Subscription Terms
Billing Cycles
Your subscription will be billed automatically according to the frequency you selected at checkout (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, etc.). Your payment method will be charged on the same day of each billing cycle. If your billing date falls on a day that doesn't exist in a given month (such as the 31st), you'll be charged on the last day of that month.
You'll receive an email reminder before each billing cycle. The price you pay will remain the same for the duration of your subscription unless we notify you of any changes at least 30 days in advance.
Managing Your Subscription
You have complete control over your subscription through your customer account portal. To access your subscription management portal, log into your account on our website and navigate to "Manage Subscriptions" or click the link in any subscription confirmation email.
Through the portal, you can:

Shipping Details
Subscription orders are processed and shipped according to your selected delivery schedule. Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days of your billing date. You'll receive tracking information via email once your order ships.
