Roasted InSwitzerland, in small batches

Two origins,
one cup.

Gran Reserve is a meeting of two coffee worlds. From Brazil, a multi-generational family estate that has spent decades rooting their work in social responsibility and environmental stewardship — the kind of long-haul thinking that shows up in every harvest.

From Ethiopia, coffee's birthplace, a smallholder farm where altitude, tradition, and quiet care shape every cherry. The Brazilian beans bring depth and a rounded sweetness; the Ethiopian beans add brightness, lift, and a floral edge.

Roasted in Switzerland, in small batches, never older than seven days when it leaves us.

Common questions.

3 kg per month (3 × 1 kg bags) — mix and match grinds across your order. Volume pricing improves as you scale: the more you take, the better the per-kg rate.
Best within 6 weeks of the roast date printed on the bag. Once opened, use within 3 weeks for peak flavour. Store cool and dry — never the fridge.
Whole bean if you grind on-site — coffee starts losing aroma within 15 minutes of grinding. Otherwise choose the grind that matches your setup and we'll grind it fresh on the day of dispatch.
Yes — the medium roast, chocolate notes, and full body cut beautifully through milk. It's our most-requested bar coffee for cappuccinos and flat whites.
Deliveries across Switzerland, arranged directly with you. Set up a standing order and we'll roast and ship on a fixed rhythm so you never run out. Ask us about lead times.
