The Story
From morning bar
to evening glass.
Grüetini is the blend we built when we wanted one bag that does everything. A coffee that pulls clean as an espresso, holds its own under steamed milk, and still has the structure to anchor a cocktail at the end of the night.
The Indian base — a monsoon-aged single estate in Karnataka — gives Grüetini its rounded sweetness, low acidity, and the kind of natural body that produces a thick, velvet crema. The Ethiopian top note — a Yirgacheffe cooperative coffee — adds the lift: brightness, a hint of red fruit, and a finish that stays vibrant in the glass.
Roasted in Switzerland, in small batches, never older than seven days when it leaves us. The name is a wink — half Grüezi, half Martini. The cup, we promise, is serious.
